Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund from us for future credit towards services only. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS - All refunds must be requested within 3 days of the purchase date. 

REFUND PROCESS - To refund a charge for a membership, consulting time or courses, please email customer service at the following email address; refunds @ [email protected] to obtain a refund or credit towards future services.

REFUNDS - After receiving your request for a refund or credit, we will process your refund or credit. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your request to process your refund or credit.

EXCEPTIONS  - The following items cannot be refunded and must be credited towards future services and the credit must be used within 6 months.
